It was incorporated in September of 1986 and conducts business in its registered head office located in La Roca del Valles, Spain. The company's product line is made up of turned parts ranging from 8 mm to 60 mm in diameter using various raw materials which include cutting steel, hardened carbon steel, aluminium, bronze, brass, and stainless steel. It produces components for different vehicle parts, such as braking system, manual and automatic transmission, air compressors, power-assisted steering, injection pumps, and air conditioning systems. The company has production plants in Czech Republic, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Its customers include TRW, Showa, Bendix, and Bosch. The company's internal operation is within the management of Ventura Martinez Ramon.
